The response trigger is a drop-in kit for the Tippmann A-5.
The Response trigger kit increases your trigger speed by resetting the trigger and sear with excess gas during firing. This gas is used to operate a cylinder behind the trigger to do the resetting. The pressure of your finger on the trigger pulls it back to fire the next shot. The speed is determined by the amount of flow through the knurled adjuster on the side. The upper limit on the rate of fire is set by this adjuster.
Capable of up to 15 Balls Per Second.

  1. I agree, better than E grip Review by Logan

I love my response trigger! It takes a while getting used to/dialing it in to your preference, but once you do it is well worth it. In my opinion you should either have a response trigger or e grip if youre serious about paintball. But with a response trigger it's more of a manual feel. It feels more real because you can feel every shot pulsate through the piston on your trigger, as opposed to just magnets connecting(or whatever an e trigger does). I say this is the number 1 go to. Oh yeah, it's cheaper than an e trigger, so why not. (Posted on 4/29/12)

Ok, I love this setup. I have the e grip on my alpha and this on my salvo. I like both guns equally but the salvo I use more often than my alpha black because the response trigger can do anything the E-Trigger can if you get it dialed in and learn to use it. I can tell you if you run Co2 go with the E-Trigger but if you use HPA this will be fine. I live in Washington state and the cold weather and CO2 means I cannot get this thing dialed in at all but with HPA it is fine. Barrel, cyclone feeder than this. That is the order to a successful Tippmann gun build :) (Posted on 2/25/12)

I gave this trigger system all 5 stars because I think it is that great. It was kinda easy to instal and it works flawlessly. I hold down my finger for full auto but I can still shoot semi if i just pull the trigger once. I heard some people say they wondered if it would eat a lot of air cause it DOESN'T run on batteries, but I haven't noticed anything really. It doesn't really use a lot of air. (Posted on 2/3/12)
