Free Shipping

Free Economy shipping is offered on orders above $99 (not including tax). Offer excludes shipments outside of the Contiguous United States.

If you Choose Free or Economy Shipping, your Order will be shipped via a carrier and option of our choice (normally FedEx or USPS). Once your item has been shipped via the Free Economy Shipping option, a tracking number will be posted to your account (as long as the shipping option includes a tracking number).

If you require a tracking number for your shipment, it is suggested that you choose a FedEx or USPS Priority Shipping Option. This will ensure that you are provided with a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will be able to view your shipments status.
USPS First Class Mail does not Include Tracking Information. You may see a Number in your account for USPS First Class Mail, but please be aware that this Number will not produce any Tracking Status or Results like other USPS or FedEx options normally would.

To take advantage of the Free Economy Shipping option:

  • Place your order online (this option is not available over the phone)
  • Make sure your order totals $99 or more (not including Tax)
  • Ship to any location in the Contiguous 48 United States
  • Choose "Free Economy Shipping" during checkout (or Upgrade to Flat Rate Ground for $8.99)
  • Send us a picture of the cash you saved shopping with us.
Only orders totaling $99 or more are eligible to ship via our Free Economy Shipping option. This includes Pre-Orders and Backorders.

How soon can I get my Order?

Because our shipping department rocks (and we give them free cookies) most In-Stock Orders placed before 3pm (Mountain Time) are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Because we operate out of the beautiful and centrally located state of Colorado, and employ the expediency of FedEx, most of our shipments get to their destination within 3 Days (even when you choose Fedex Ground or Home Delivery).

When choosing a shipping option, please figure in at least 1 Business day to process and pack your shipment.

Also please be aware that a Shipping addresses that is different than your billing address may cause your order to be delayed until we can verify your personal information. So please give us a courtesy call if this is the case, and we can get you processed in a jiff.

FedEx Overnight: Next Business Day (Saturday Delivery Available by phone)

USPS Priority: 3-7 Business Days for most locations (Includes shipping to PO Boxes and Military Addresses) **No Guaranteed Transit Times**
USPS First Class: 5-7 Business Days for most locations (13 Ounce Max Limit), but some locations can be up to 14 business days or more. **No Guaranteed Transit Times**

Free Economy Ground: 5-7 Business Days (on orders of $99 or more) **No Guaranteed Transit Times**
Flat Rate $8.99 Ground Shipping (on orders under $99) **No Guaranteed Transit Times**

Please be aware that Orders over $300 will require a Signature upon arrival. So make sure that there is someone available to sign for the package when the carrier arrives.

How much is shipping?

Simply add the items to your cart at any time, and at the shopping cart page you will have an option to input your Country, State and Zip/Postal Code (input all three for an accurate quote).
The shopping cart page will populate shipping Options based on your location.
Pretty simple huh? It will even provide you with a total cost (including tax). And you didn’t even have to give us any money yet!

Do you ship to Canada?

Certainly! Canadians are some of our favorite customers. Most Shipping options will populate automatically online for you during checkout. Please keep in mind that shipping charges to Canada do not include GST, PST, brokerage fees, or any other duties, taxes, or charges that may apply and will be due on delivery. So be aware that you will be responsible for paying for these fees. If you are unable, or unwilling to accept these charges, declining to accept the package will mean that all shipping costs and fees associated with your order will be deducted from your total order refund once we have received your package back.

Do you ship to International Destinations?

We have you covered as well. Though most options will also populate during normal checkout, it may be a good idea to send us an email or give us a call just to make sure we have given you the best shipping rates possible and made you aware of any stipulations associated with shipping to your destination country.
