Returns/Cancellations
What is your Return policy?
Every item that you purchase through us is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you are unhappy with any item you purchased simply return it back to us following the instructions listed below:
New, Unopened and Unused Merchandise:
Any merchandise that we can restock and resell as brand new can be returned to us at any time for any reason. We will be happy to process an exchange, full refund or full in-store credit. We will even cover outgoing Ground shipping (up to one shipment within the contiguous United States) on any exchanges.
Used, Opened and Installed Merchandise (Includes Manufacturers Defects):
If you are unhappy with the merchandise after you have gotten a chance to use it or install it, then you have up to 30 Days from purchase to return it back to us for in-store credit, repair or replacement. This applies to Manufacturers defects. We will even cover outgoing Ground shipping (up to one shipment within the contiguous United States) on any exchanges. Please see Restrictions below.
To facilitate a return simply follow these instructions:
1. Please include a copy of your original receipt or packing list, or if you no longer have one of these, include a letter with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- When, where and by whom the purchase was made
- Reason for the return
- Purchase price of the item(s)
3. Ship the merchandise back to us via the shipping method of your choice. We recommend using FedEx or UPS, and we suggest insuring the shipment for your protection.
Restrictions:
Our Return Policy excludes any Open Box or Used Merchandise that you purchase from our company. These items are sold “as is” and all sales are final. No Refund or Exchange is offered or implied on Open Box or Used Merchandise. Open Box items are normally in brand new condition, but they have been simply "opened" by a customer or by one of our staff, and for one reason or another we have deemed them unable to sell as "new". However most Open Box items still have all the original packaging parts and accessories and normally the original manufacturers warranty will still apply.
We are unable to facilitate a full return for credit or exchange on new and unopened merchandise that is missing parts or accessories. In the case that you are not able to return merchandise in new condition (with all parts, accessories, packaging etc.) then your return will default to our 30 Day "Used, Opened and Installed" return policy.
Our Return Policy also excludes any merchandise that has been modified or broken due to improper installation, abuse, negligence or misuse. All items are inspected by a qualified technician prior to any exchange or return processing.
How do I cancel my Order?
To cancel or revise your order, just contact us via email, phone or our live chat support and we will be happy to make any adjustments necessary. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped you will be unable to cancel it, and your order will default to our Return Policy for any refund or credit due. Also please keep in mind that refusing a shipment once a carrier has attempted delivery does not constitute cancellation, and you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with your refused order being shipped back to us.
What is your warranty?
Other than our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Redcell Paintball Inc. DOES NOT PROVIDE WARRANTY SERVICE FOR ANY OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON OUR WEBSITES. ANY AND ALL WARRANTY, REPAIR OR FAULTY EQUIPMENT QUESTIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE MANUFACTURER OF THE ITEM IN QUESTION.
