Should I Register for an Account or Checkout as Guest?
We always recommend Registering for an account as opposed to Guest Checkout. Registering for an account is just as easy as Guest Checkout and having a Registered account with us allows you to view your order progress and track your shipment once your order has been shipped.

Even if you Register for an account, we do not retain any personal Credit Card information or financial data.
Guest Checkout is quick and easy too. But very limited. It is recommended for customers that are in a hurry and are not concerned about order status and shipment tracking.

How can I check my Order Status?
If you signed up for an account during checkout you can simply Login to your account using your email address and password.
Under "My Orders" you will find your most recent Orders as well as Status, Order Messages and any Tracking Numbers if your Order has been shipped.
If you Placed your Order Under Guest Checkout (you never signed up for an account), then unfortunately your ability to check your order status will be more limited. You can always contact us via our numerous contact options and we can attempt to provide you with your order status.
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We would accept payment by Sushi, but since Uncle Sam doesn’t recognize raw fish as legal tender, we accept the following payment methods:
- All Major Credit Cards
- Paypal
- Google Checkout
- Money Order, Cashiers Check, Certified Check
How much is shipping?
Just add the items to your cart at any time and at the shopping cart page you will have an option to input your State and/or Zip Code.
This will enable you to see your shipping Options based on your location.
Pretty simple huh? It will even give you a total cost (including tax). And you didn’t even have to give us any money yet!
What if my Billing and Shipping information do not match?
For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with your Credit Card Company or Financial Institution.
If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement, or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.
Please give us a call at 1-877-922-2355 so that we can manually verify your addresses with your credit card company. We do have an address match department that calls banks to verify addresses daily. If your financial institution cannot verify your address with us, you will be contacted via email or phone call. If we are unable to verify your address within 7 days, your order will be cancelled.

How soon can I get my Order?
Because our shipping department rocks (and we give them free cookies) most In-Stock Orders placed before 3pm (Mountain Time) are usually shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because we operate out of the beautiful and centrally located state of Colorado, and employ the expediency of FedEx, most of our shipments get to their destination within 3 Days (even when you choose Fedex Ground or Home Delivery).
When choosing a shipping option, please figure in at least 1 Business day to process and pack your shipment.
Also please be aware that a Shipping addresses that is different than your billing address may cause your order to be delayed until we can verify your personal information. So please give us a courtesy call if this is the case, and we can get you processed in a jiff.
Do you Price Match?
Yes we do Price Match. To Submit a Price Match Simply Contact Us via our Contact Page Here.
Please Include the following Information:
- Link (url) to Competitors Lower Priced Product(s)
- Competitors Product(s) Price
- Competitors Shipping Price
- Your Contact Info (address, email, name etc.)
- Any Coupon Codes or Promotions that may be causing the Lower Price (if applicable)
In order to Process a Price Match the following Policy will apply:
- We Only Match Total Price. This includes Shipping/Handling Fees, Sales Tax and any other applicable fees that could make the total price at our competitors more expensive than you may have first thought
- We will not Price Match any Auction Sites
- Competitor must have Product(s) In-Stock and ready to ship
- Product(s) in question must be the same Product(s) that we carry (no substitutions)
- We will only Price Match an Advertised Price. We will not Price Match a Phone Quote or Email Quote etc.
- Our Price Match Policy may not apply to some Products that we carry. Especially those that a Supplier may have specifically asked to exclude from any Price Match or Promotional Discounts
- We reserve the right to Refuse a Price Match for any Reason
