    Well i called the company and asked for a size chart for these arm guards and they just gave me an estimate.. and it was a bit off.
    My forearms and inch from the elbow are 22 inches around.. and an inch about the elbow is 24 inches.. this thing went on tight.. i ripped the seeming and re-patched it and then everything fit snugly.
    Hope this helps for people getting this size (X-large) (Posted on 6/20/10)
